Build failed - maven.mcmoddev.com / llibrary / hwyla #58

When building, the console says the maven.mcmoddev.com repository is offline (or missing the llibrary and hwyla dependencies).

Because maven.mcmoddev.com is down, the temporary replacement maven is https://mmd.tophatcat.dev/. I've pushed the replacement: 077c7967
