Synesthesia Filter #4

Would it be possible to make it so that the synesthesia filter can be disabled? It's acting weird in my pack and I don't care enough about the filter to keep it. If you want to just fix the issue let me know, but it's probably easier for everyone if you have a way to just disable it.

Now that I think about it, there is probably a way to overwrite it with an empty file, but having a simple quick way of just wiping it feels like it would be easier for someone who might be running into issues with it imo.

I was bored and decided to figure out which mod was causing the issue, and well https://github.com/henkelmax/camera/issues/36#event-5578822550

I know it isn't in ROTN, but a fix would be very nice. I'd also be fine with the option of disabling the filter.
