All sound (except Music) is not working.[BUG] #1109

Describe the bug

I created a world through the curseforge app and when I was in the world, the only sounds I could hear was the music. I was on version 3.2.1b. I even turned my music slider all the way down and footsteps all the way up and no sound was coming from the game.

To Reproduce

All I did was play on a world.

Expected behavior

I expected to hear my footsteps and other animals or my environment but all I heard was the music.

Have you tried pressing the sound system reloader hotkey ingame?
