[BUG] Putting a damaged tool in a glass item frame while having a totem of repairing equipped duplicates the item

Putting a damaged tool (for example, a ruby pickaxe) in an item frame while having a totem of repairing equipped in its bauble spot uses up the totem, and duplicates the item with full durability.

Instead of this, It should've just put the item in the frame.
