[BUG] Can't enter Beneath without cheats. #795

Describe the bug

It's impossible to break the Arcane Barrier fully, making Beneath completely inaccessible outside of Creative.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior: Acquire a Magic Bomb or Arcane Focus and use it on the Arcane Barrier, as far down as you can.

Expected behavior

Arcane Barrier should only break upon attempting to break the first layer and the Beneath progression transition message should display. However, next two layers can not be broken, apart from Creative Mode.

The next two layers are supposed to be broken with a pickaxe, there'll likely be a change to make it more apparent (retexturing those layers to a stone-esque block, etc)

why did I not think about breaking it with a pickaxe, it was a thing in 2.77.5 after all.. Well, it would really be nice, or at least some message telling the player that they have to mine the rest of the barriers down themselves
