[BUG] Left Clicking to remove excess emeralds bypasses villager out-of-stock trading limits #905

Describe the bug

Bug will use up all the emeralds you put in the trade interface, bypassing out of stock limitations,

To Reproduce

Put a stack of emeralds in the trade interface. Shift click the output to buy out a traders stock. Left click on the remaining emeralds. Emeralds all get converted into whatever you were trading for, bypassing the out of stock limit.

whoops misread the reproduction steps

This exploit is only applicable for Toroquest villagers. Further testing proves that normal vanilla 1.12.2 villagers do not have this issue.
