[BUG] Rat Dupe leads to 106 rats in a Rat Sack #939

Describe the bug

Where to begin with this report... Rats can be duped somehow through boats, possibly a copycat "plague doctor" villager job profession, and tamed rats.

To Reproduce

When placing tamed rats next to a Plague Doctor job Villager (minecraft.entity.Plague.Doctor or something akin to that since he's a cured villager zombie with the job profession) who is sitting in a boat, one of the tamed rats in particular will duplicate itself over and over again on re-log since the rat somehow gets into the boat when the chunks first load in. This then causes multiples of the same rat (same entity ID and items) to duplicate into the same spot on the boat, causing death through entity suffocation, but here's the catch—they don't actually die. Instead, they become ghosted, and after waiting a while for a ton of rats to "die," you can break the boat which allows all of the rats to be caught with a rat capture net. I'm not sure if the rat capture net is also bugged, but it seems to duplicate rats as well who have been trapped inside boats through world or server relogging.

Expected behavior

I expect this crazy bug to not be in the game.

I advise disabling the Rat Capture Net because I believe it's bugged. image

Unfortunately, releasing all these rats causes them to ghost which drops the server TPS to ~3.5 whenever the chunks in which they were in are loaded.
