This PR cleans up some lingering lint warnings that have been showing up in open PRs

Related to #n/a Fixes # CI

Pages/Interfaces that will change

n/a - this shouldn't affect anything functionally. There should be 0 lint warnings after CI runs.

Pushed one more commit just now - this updates all of the eslint dependencies to latest

I would say this has gone well 🤦🏻‍♂️

(I typically use yarn over npm, and have gone and messed something up. Help!)
