[BUG] Chrome Tablet - Clicking on mobile menu reduces content width #340

Describe the bug On Chrome for Tablet, when you click on the mobile menu, the menu is the size of a phone width and thus cuts down the width of the content.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to RBB on Chrome for tablet
  2. Click on mobile menu
  3. See error with content width

Expected behavior I expect the mobile menu to be responsive with the screen size and I also expect the content width does not change based on the mobile menu

Actual Behavior I expect the mobile menu to not change content width
