User Story

As a user, I would like to know if my data is being collected so that I am aware of how it is being used.

Note: since we're only US-based I believe we don't need to worry about having the user accept/deny the popup but let me know if I'm wrong

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Banner with a Cookie data collection message
[ ] Placed on bottom
[ ] "We use cookies for X. For a complete overview checkout Y."

Users should be notified if their data is being collected/how.

a cookie banner.

@juanri0s - do we have a message out to the business team to get us language to use in this banner?
