Removes "Show me" filter from the user selection /businesses

Related to #343

Drop some screenshots of the before and after of your work here. Better yet, take a screen recording using a tool like Loom

Steps to test

  1. navigate to /businesses
  2. make sure "Show me" dropdown is gone and that all businesses are shown, not just those in need
  3. make sure filter/searching still works

Test: If I search for Atlanta I should get 82 pages of results
