Panel disappear #1

this happens if a client was not shut down properly or user was abruptly disconnected from network

resetpanel command is added

Troubleshooting: try same client in tc mode, check if panel is visible or not, if it is, then ltsp image is not up-to-date "rsync -avP installserverip:/home/mss/.ltsp /recovery/.ltsp" and recovery.sh restore_ltsp" on all demo servers to update ltsp image

If the panel is not visible in either TC or FC mode, and even after running resetpanel command, try same user from different client hardware. there will be lot of weird client specific issues that we have no way of solving
