Complete Gujarati translation till date #48

  1. Monitoring and Broadcast section need to be reviewed for translation and also change the order of fat and thin client sub-sections.
  2. Recovery section needs complete translation.
  3. Check all other sections for translation improvement and baseline for version 0.9 .

The latest release completes comprehensive translation into Gujarati. Hence closing this. Now it is going to be an ongoing process of amendments.
