Integrate Hindi translated documentation in the MSS #68

Admin manual documentation's translation in Hindi is completed. Needs to be integrated into the default MSS installation. Hence now boot menu, st and manual will both have English and Hindi by default.

@cyberorg You need to sync the following on your install server - postmsssetup doc-changes.tar.xz update_manual lang_map offlinewebinfra.tar.xz content/offlinewebinfraf
