Encountered an instance today when user was unable to connect to the MSS via RDP.
Tried from Windows and then Linux.
Tried with multiple users logins ensuring that an already logged in user id was not being used for these attempts.
Tried restarting the xrdp service - service systemctl restart
Encountered an instance today when user was unable to connect to the MSS via RDP.
Tried from Windows and then Linux. Tried with multiple users logins ensuring that an already logged in user id was not being used for these attempts. Tried restarting the xrdp service - service systemctl restart
Eventually restarting the MSS resolved the issue.
