Gcompris 1.1 needed for 18.04 #170

Got to get Gcompris 1.1 working for 18.04 to be able to deliver the same server for both amd64 and RPi clients, since /etc/skel is going to be serving the files for Gcompris 1.1.

Related to #167 .

Did not get any package for 1.1. Have integrated via https://gcompris.net/download/qt/linux/gcompris-qt-1.1-Linux64.sh and ldconfig.

Ok, then creating packages is wasted effort.

It would save some repeated extra effort of transferring menu launcher, icon, downloading and executing the installer, ldconfig, ln inside and outside the chroot or managing the same through another custom scripted method.

Will be especially useful for updates to deployed systems with limited or patchy internet connectivity. Would have done apt..., unsquashfs, mount, apt..., umount, mksquashfs, rm and / or also possible through a mssupdate ... .

The /etc/skel/ updates of #167 could also be rolled out via another package that could have had this as a dep or else shall figure out a mssupdate ... for that too.
