Mass user rename #194

Many schools have not followed the recommended method for user creation because they were unaware of it. This may happen in the future as well due to gaps in the training provided by our partners. However, once they are aware of the recommended method, they want to transition to it.

Hence there is a need for a mass user renaming script to be used in situations wherein it may be applicable and feasible.
