Kiwix to replace xowa #93

@cyberorg Kiwix seems better compared to Xowa - https://lwn.net/Articles/601055/ for ease of use, content and even feature wise.

kiwix was replaced by xowa on mss, not going back.

Rationale pls, given the current state of both projects?

I had evaluated range of content types and sources, their last update dates, sizes, ease of syncing (theoritically), feature such as full index search.

What are your reasons to turn down apart from a past evaluation? Pls include some objective pointers.

Feel free to implement it as content package, I'll do it when someone specifically asks and sponsors it.

Reopening to see if the limitations discussed in the kiwix thread can be addressed by us in the future.
