Show confidence intervals in the model chart #76

This requires updates to the epidemic model to support calculating confidence intervals and updates to the graph to include those intervals.

Still valuable, but depends on @justkunz availability in the coming week or two since our initial contributor on confidence intervals didn't end up completing their implementation.
