A few changes to make:

Any sky-blue (currently #06AEEE) should be #0DB4E4.
"Courts" and "Corrections" labels (and the line that goes with them) should be #8C8C8C (currently not accessible).
Graph colors should be: #0DB4E4, #00475D, #7FC241, #FFA600.
Tooltip boxes should be #00475D.

All changes are up to date in Figma.
