One note I just saw - the Idaho Department of Corrections
link on the first page points to PA DOC.
Hey folks! cc @hobuobi , @terryttsai , @jkgerig , @samanthahuff
We're getting close to our target date on these, so I broke them up into tasks for easier triage/discussion. I also booked a quick meeting for us later today to all get on the same page!

Adding my notes on unknown revocation types here (from slack conversation):
Update on unknown revocation types:
We classify a revocation type by what the most severe violation type is. In Idaho, this data is stored in two places: 1) A “violation survey” that is stored in the same place as assessments (LSI-R) in their data system; and 2) Case Notes (free-text). Violations are only listed in the “violation survey” if they are discussed with a supervisor. Otherwise, they are just listed in the free-text case notes.
We only hydrate violation types from the first source. I’ve pulled a sample of 15 people who were revoked from supervision earlier this year along with the 10 most recent case notes for that person preceding their revocation. List here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1SMAQpycP-IQ518PFUFhd3EIiPJqLkke9px-9UuJNFpE/edit#gid=125286596
I'm dropping this data quality ticket from the epic since the Spotlight related parts of it have been completed.

NOTE: This should be split into separate tickets once the issues have been investigated. Post initial thoughts on solutions here before splitting out into a separate ticket!
What needs to be done? Why does it need to be done?
In preparation for the Spotlight ID launch at the end of the month, we should try to resolve all of the pending functional issues. Issues can be previewed in the Staging dashboard.
Most (if not all) of these issues should not require hefty solutions. Where absolutely necessary, we can suppress features/sections that would require heavier long-term solutions.
