Description

The chat logs for twitch VODs (#3) can be archived and used for replays

As far as I'm aware, there's no convenient download links or a single place from which they can be downloaded.

There are several tools that allow you to dump the twitch chat logs though, one of them can be used. For instance, PetterKraabol/Twitch-Chat-Downloader.

If nothing works, might need to find a way to extract it from the Twitch API

Additional context

In 2020, there was a torrent with the chat logs archive (5GB). I found the post with it on reddit, but there's no one seeding.

Maybe we can just ask this person if they still have the logs and can share them, without doing anything ourselves.

It looks like I got the chat logs from the torrent that was posted in 2020, but we still need to get the logs for all the videos that are not in it (listed in https://github.com/ReckfulArchive/issue-tracker/issues/3#issuecomment-1518889201)
