Add Earthquake Prediction model #452

I am a contributor at GSSOC'24, I want to add an earthquake prediction model to the repository. I have already worked on this project. I have used Random forest classifier to classify different sesimic levels, Magnitudo and depth etc to predict whether or not an earthquake occurs. @sanjay-kv Please assign me this issue under GSSoC under necessary labels.
