2 years ago Update; I was able to solve the problem by deactivating the option; "use 'Don't shave your hair' hairs" in the mod options for Show Hair with Hats. I don't know enough about that functionality to know why it's causing it, but I wanted to let you know there was a solution and to at least narrow things down.
The "Mustache" issue is seperate. Because it's not a Mustache! It's the collar of the coat rendering above the Rimvali's textures.

Describe the bug When using the "[KV] Show Hair With Hats or Hide All Hats" mod, and Rimvali together, it spawns most Avali (as far as I can test) with hair styles. Potentially related; Avali in a purely vanilla game also have mustaches on occasion. Though I'm not sure if that's intended behavior. I expect that will be a separate issue, but I'm not sure if it's related or not.
To Reproduce 1) Start a new game 2) Select either starting scenario's from the mod (Illuminate, or Independent) 3) Progress through game set up to the point of pawn selection and creation. 4) Most pawns will have hair.
Expected behavior Avali should not have hair.
