Select lightweight face detector and test it #13

tried following solutions

opencv face detection Haar cascades (poor recall, separate models for frontal and profile faces)
python face recognition package (slow)
dlib cnn face detector (slow)
faced (inaccurate, many boxes are off, poor precision)
ultralightweight face detection (fast, can be accelerated on gpu, accurate)

Selected the last library, need to measure speed on Nano

The ultralightweight detector was running at 20 ms speed on Nano, but its onnx-tensorflow runtime used up all the RAM and Swap memory available, so it was impossible to run smth alongside.
