Add Status message when ending logs #26

When a logstream ends we should give the status of the job as this will tell us why the logstream ended. With this PR the final line of output from a reco build run or reco sim run becomes:

Simulation ID: 3bbe2315-db7e-4c1b-89cd-f89c08f4c9e7 Status: Completed

Error messages for timeouts and give good error messages
