It's crucial that our users are able to update ReswarmOS running on an IPC in a safe manner

[x] partition the hard drive with 2 rootfs (will possibly need to do this post install)
[x] setup rauc config files
[x] adjust old scripts to support installer
[x] testing and updating OS release
