Add update/add links in a signature for emails coming from meetings@recoverydharma.guide #22

In order to reduce repetitive tasks/information as meetings@recoverydharma.org replies to emails, I thought we can apply a signature with the most common info. Among added benefits: people will know they can comment on specific meeting details on the spreadsheet to update their meeting. As before, this helps reduce workload by pinpointing exact meetings that require update.

Suggesting this signature:

-- ✏️ To update a meeting/cancel ❖ please comment on your exact details: http://comment.recoverydharma.guide

🌱 To add a new meeting ❖ please be as detailed as possible: http://submit.recoverydharma.guide

Help us help you by being as detailed as possible in maintaining our collective Recovery Dharma Global meetings list. We understand that we're all volunteers, and we sincerely appreciate all the goodwill in trusted service you do. May all beings benefit from the hard work we all do 🙏
