Change to Menu Bar Under Meetings #190

On the Menu Bar, under the Meetings Tab, change "TOPIC+IDENTITY MEETINGS" to "DIVERSITY & ACCESSIBILITY". We tried to make this change the other day, but it appears it did not save.
