The Rectify installer no longer offers theme customization after a system restore

Description

I installed Rectify 11, then used a restore point to go back. When i tried to install it back the setup did not prompt me to choose a theme after the module selection. It simply go with the install.

This is the only windows i have in the install before installing :

If i go through the install Mica is not Installed and the Rectify Control Center is not installed / Unavailable.

I tried to redownload from Github. Same issue.

I reproduced the issue 3 times.

I launched a VM and installed Rectify 11 i had the option. Same installer.

Steps To Reproduce

• Install Rectify 11
• Use a Restore Point to Rollback before Rectify 11 was installed
• Try to Reinstall Rectify 11
• Theme Option are not there anymore, Mica is not installed if you go through the install
• Rectify 11 Control Center is not installed / available.

You need to fully uninstall r11 first.
