Description

Inconsistent black themes in Rectify 11 on Windows 11 Dark with Mica does not cover all system dialogs/legacy functions

Steps To Reproduce

Install Rectify 11 on Windows 11 latest build. Then at the theming section choose Dark with Mica. Install and restart and check dialog boxes like winver, run, and some others like Computer Management where it still has white title bars but with Dark with Mica theme.

The black also looks very weird and it is not the Dark Mica theme.

Okay apparently switching to Rectify 11 Dark, then back to Dark with Mica fixes it and now shows properly
