rectify crash my explorer

Description

i always use rectify 11 be ok. Suddenly, in a re-incarceration, he became my Explorer. It's horrible and I can't reinstall, because too many programs etc... Guys don't even restore point work, I uninstalled it and nothing. What is to be done?
