Text size in some places is small

Description

I'm using the latest build of Rectify11 from Github Actions: https://github.com/Rectify11/Installer/actions/runs/7759966254. Since I have found some bugs and decide to restore the system to original, I used the same installer to uninstall it, restore the settings and themes, and after that the size of some texts became too small that I feel terrible reading these text in my 1080p-screen laptop.

Things that is real weird is that only texts in some particular places became smaller. In the screenshots below, I highlight the weird-sized texts using red circles, and the other texts have normal size. In my observation, UWP and WinUI Apps are not affected, this problem only occours in some system components (like explorer) and dialogs.

I reinstalled Rectify11 with the same build but this problem is still here. I wonder if someone could help me find a way to solve this problem. Much appreciated.

Steps To Reproduce

Install Rectify11 from Github Actions: https://github.com/Rectify11/Installer/actions/runs/7759966254
Normally use Windows for a few days, no setting changed
Uninstall Rectify11 using installer executable
