I'm not sure if this is still being looked at or worked on, but the analogue clock that is seen in the Date and Time panel from the Control Panel still has this white artefact outside of it. The most recent version of Rectify11 still has this artefact. When you apply a dark theme to it, it becomes more noticeable. It drives me mad just from looking at it! In fact, the analogue clock itself should have a different theme and not stay in the same style.
Steps To Reproduce
Go to Control Panel
View by Category and click on Clock and Region
Click on Date and Time
Rectify11 Version
Version: 3.1.0.0
Windows Version
Windows 11 23H2 22635.3212
Logs
This is what it looks like in dark mode, which I use the majority of the time.
