There is an inconsistency on the program sndvol.exe

Steps To Reproduce

Win + R and type sndvol.exe

Rectify11 Version

Version: 3.2.63.4

Windows Version

Windows 11 Home Version 23H2 22631.3374

Unrelated but may I know where you got that sidebar from with the folders ? Is this some Rainmeter plugin ?
