Driver Installations won't work after installing rectify11 #529

Description

I clean installed the windows on my pc 2 days back. Today I had to use the printer, so just tried to install the driver. But driver installation failed that doesn't use to happen earlier. So later I just uninstalled the rectify11 and tried to install the driver. After uninstalling, the driver got installed without any issues. Later I reinstalled the rectify11 again. Then in evening I tried to connect my phone to pc. And my phone didn't showed me in This PC. I checked for the Device manager. I saw my phone was detected as other device. So again I just guessed and uninstalled the Rectify11 and when I connected the phone again, it was able to install the driver for my phone and it started showing on This PC.

I also different n things for my printer driver to install, so I noticed that when I try to install driver using add driver in device manager and select the .inf file then it shows an error 0x00000008 and some thing saying like memory resources are not sufficient.

Steps To Reproduce

After installing rectify11 beta latest from url - https://github.com/Rectify11/Installer/actions/runs/8823085428

Try connecting a new device that wasn't connected before like someone's smartphone, or some thing that requires manual driver installation. It can be connecting phone with USB debugging enabled.

I understand it. I had a request if can be completed. I want to use bare rectify11 themes. I don't want to install anything. When I try to use rectify11 theme from latest rectify11 3.2 and apply it using themetool.exe then on opening the explorer its blank. Is it possible to provide only bare themes, if some one is interested only in using the bare themes of rectify.

It might be possible that the theme is dependent on some registry setting or other things. It would be great if you provide standalone themes. I want to be minimal.
