The Color Picker for classic apps on windows is somewaht broken #571

Description

paint

color picker dose not seem work with the rgb color only allow 2 didget number not the usual 3

eg can type 25 but not 255 like normal

Steps To Reproduce

open mspaint classic windows 7 version that in comes with windows 10 and 11 and try to add custom color with color picker using the rgb numbers
