I also have this issue.
Rectify11 v3.2.70.1 was released already, but this annoying bug is still here. Please fix it ASAP.. tia
I have this issue as well. Does anyone know which version doesn't have that bug so I can downgrade?
I have no issue with the version 3.2.70.1+62863218547a05d44ff63ca98faa446a8c20d00e. Maybe this issue only on Windows 11 24H2? I still at 23H2 but still waiting the official 24H2 feature update from Microsoft themselves.

@Ivanwah91 I still have Rectify11 version 3.2.70.1+c57eb635250343e507af6c95c853d194223fc44b which still have that navigation bar on it. But you must likely to be on 23H2 because Windows 11 24H2 might have this issue.
same
i had this then i reinstalled windows and rectify then it went away. But i noticed that the control panel had some white parts so i patched shell32 and explorerframe through the installer (just those 2, nothing more) and while the control panel looks fine i had this issue again. I made a restore point before doing this just in case but reverting to it does not fix this issue

i figured out how to fix it after this, i did another system restore after backing up the patched shell32.dll.mun. Everything worked as expected but after i replaced the original shell32.dll.num with the patched one the navigation pane was gone, after undoing the replacement the pane came back. So to fix this you need the original shell32.dll.mun. Sadly the control panel has some white parts but if i'm remembering right you can fix that with resource hacker
EDIT: I fixed it through Resource Hacker, you need to open shell32.dll.mun through it, then expand Bitmap, then look from 633 and 635. those are the ones that deal with control panel's white parts. you can replace the bitmaps to whatever you want (since i'm using a dark theme i used a dark gray color and it worked fine)
Same here. Kinda anoying to be honest. Hope it gets a fix soon
UPDATE
Starting from Build 27685, The issue got automatically fixed?? I don't know how it's possible..
