Animations not working in 'new' tabbed explorer and few glitches that i found #591

Description

There's no animation while switching over the folders in tabbed explorer. If you go into 'windows tools' and jump to this pc on the 'ribbon' it works normal. When you uninstall, the gallery icon doesn't restore. The some of third party software are weird affected too. Also the 'open' window lost left panel.

Steps To Reproduce

Open explorer like normal and switch some folders Try again on ribbon explorer

the installation seems bad, reinstall after uninstalling the rectify11, the incomplete theme means its not patched properly.
