Find solution for the elevation offset problem #3

Currently the hard wired elevation data is essentially false. See:

Darryl Bartlett drew my attention to terrain anchors which could be the solution to this: https://developers.google.com/ar/develop/java/geospatial/terrain-anchors

Haven't tested any corner cases yet like pins half under trees
