When the user clicks on the map markers provide a way to open the web page dedicated for the particular trash can spot. We'll use the newly added URL string for the locations https://github.com/RecyclingTrashCans/RecyclingTrashCans.github.io/commit/ab46d212338f2807d43e82bab3447518ab0c060c
