[Particles] Item shaking on pause

Describe the bug

Item shaking like glitching when you breaking block and press ESC

Expected behavior

Particles should be still, since whole game is still on pause.

Specification:

• OS: Windows 10
• CPU: i5-7400 @ 3.00 GHz
• GPU: GTX 1050 Ti
• RAM Allocated: 6GB

Happen on E2E-E modpack.

Update: This happens even without Optifine or other mods.

This is probably fixable; I just need to track down where the check for game pause is not checked so it will take time.
