Issue

Short description

README file mentioned a windows installer via Apache Openmeeting but no files are hosted. Is there any way of getting these files please?

[] Operating system and version: Windows [] Java version: n/a [] Red5 version: 1.x

Expected behavior

Expected a windows installer

Actual behavior

Got a dead link

Steps to reproduce

  1. Visit README
  2. Follow installer link
  3. 404 error

Place logs on pastebin or elsewhere and put links here

Should be addressed with https://github.com/Red5/installer/pull/12

@solomax I just added the tarball, that was missing BTW.
