Flashlight( on() ) not working on Android 10(API 29) #398

Seems that flashlight isn't working on Android 10(API level 29). Methods autoFlash() and on() doing nothing only on my Nokia 6.1 which have API level 29, other devices with less version working well. Only torch() mode working. Please check that issue and fix it in nearest versions. Thanks.
