Make Upcoming Show pull next Show #4

In this partial (or parent page), see if you can pull shows.json data and use a little Linq magic to fill in with the next "Show" which has not passed.

See the Shows Page for an example.

I imagine we should grab the last record if none are calculated to be "up next".

I won't acknowledge all the work items - that was to verify the comment functionality wouldn't close the issue
