Russian translation for the mod. #116

Hi, we translated the mod into Russian. Everything is translated and the installation is tested, but might be refined in the future. The translation was made by me (paladin84), klichko86 and rytomen from arcanecoast.ru.

There are many small commits in the pull request, can you squash them? Let me know if something needs to be done from my side.

One more thing: the new v3.3.0 update (which I committed just now) includes about 30 more strings, which haven't been translated. Could you please translate them? All these strings are in new_strings_after_release.tra (don't worry about any of the other tra files). At the bottom of the file are the new strings which have not been translated.
