Merchant Bered not appearing in library in Black Raven Monastery #76

I believe a merchant named Bered should appear in the library in the Black Raven Monastery. This has not happened in my game. Note that this occurred shortly after the exit gate Harshom battle, which also did not trigger.

Update - Reloaded Chapter 4 start autosave, entered monastery and Bered has successfully appeared.
