After killing the guardian of the portal and returning from the Jungle of chult, the fight to defend the kuldahar began, after it was over and I was to go to the eye of the dragon after talking to Iselor. Unfortunately, in the place of the map where the "teleport" should appear, there is nothing to the eye of the dragon. After turning on the console and checking the interactive objects, there is no place to teleport to the eye of the dragon. During the conversation with Iselor, I asked him again about everything and it is possible that he somehow reset the trigger? Currently, I don't have any dialogue with him about the journey to the dragon's eye, only the previous text about killing the portal guard. I could use cheat codes to teleport to the Dragon's Eye location, but I don't know the correct cheat maybe: movetoarea(x) ?
EDIT: I had a record right after killing the portal guard. After fighting again in Kuldahar and talking to Iselor, I was able to go to the dragon's eye location. I tried to check if any dialogue option with Iselor causes a bug with the disappearance of the possibility to go further with the story, but nothing like that appeared. So I don't know what caused the previous bug ; /
