Yquog doesn't give the bracers #89

Hello. In the Yquog's quest that requires to take the note from Kruntur, after speaking with Kruntur, i returned to Yquog to take the bracers. Even though he says he will give it to me, the bracers does not show in my inventory. Returned to Kruntur after this to see how he will react, and he gives me the bracers quest as if i spoke to him first, not Yquog.

Stealing or killing doesn't matter, Yquog doesn't have it.
