I've been looking for an adblock list for non-ad annoyances for some time and finally found it. Guess I'll add some of my own filters to it.

Oh, quick note. I usually submit floating stuff to Web Annoyances Ultralist. Their list specializes in floating, modals, cookie notices, and a couple of other categories of annoyances.
